By accessing the Website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

The Website is operated by Evolux Labs LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company.

1. Acceptance of Linked Policies

Your use of the Website automatically incorporates and accepts the following documents:

• Refund Policy (if applicable)

These documents collectively form the full agreement between you and Evolux Labs LLC.

You are not required to create an account to use the Website.

2. Nature of the Service

The Website sells digital collectibles minted on the blockchain.
The items are symbolic and artistic.
They are delivered digitally and have no guaranteed financial, religious, medical, or legal function.

3. Payments & Fulfillment

Payments are processed through the PaymentProvider.
Once payment is confirmed, a digital collectible is minted on-chain by an authorized minter (our backend, with MINTER_ROLE) to a project-controlled address.

The Website does not provide wallet-connection functionality and does not require users to connect a crypto wallet.

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued unless required by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property displayed on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, code, and other proprietary materials—remains the exclusive property of Evolux Labs LLC.

Purchasing a digital collectible does not transfer copyright or commercial rights.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• use the Website for unlawful purposes
• attempt to disrupt or compromise the Website
• misuse or reverse-engineer our systems

6. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evolux Labs LLC shall not be liable for any:

• direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website;
• issues, failures, or actions of third-party systems (including but not limited to PaymentProvider, IPFS, blockchain networks, wallet providers, or any external services);
• interpretation, symbolic meaning, personal significance, or subjective value you assign to digital collectibles or any content displayed on the Website.

In all cases, the total liability of Evolux Labs LLC is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the applicable purchase.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

8. Updates

We may update these Terms.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
