4. Nature of the Service

Indulgence Certificates are:

• symbolic, artistic digital items
• inspired by mythology, philosophy, esoteric traditions and self-reflection
• created for personal contemplation, mindfulness, and entertainment

They are NOT:

• religious rites, blessings, confessions or sacraments
• psychological, therapeutic or medical tools
• legal advice, legal documents, or official certifications
• substitutes for professional help

We are not affiliated with any religious, governmental, psychological, or therapeutic institution.

5. No Financial or Investment Value

Indulgence Certificates are not investments.
We make no guarantees regarding:

• resale value
• liquidity or market demand
• appreciation
• future financial return

Digital collectibles may have zero monetary value.

6. Payments, Refunds & Delivery

Purchases are processed by the PaymentProvider on behalf of Evolux Labs LLC.
NFT minting is performed by our backend using a project-controlled on-chain minting wallet (authorized with MINTER_ROLE).

All sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

7. Blockchain, Storage & Availability

Metadata and media may be stored or distributed via IPFS, decentralized storage networks, and third-party CDNs such as Cloudflare.

We do not control or guarantee:

• availability of decentralized storage networks
• uptime of third-party systems
• future accessibility of links or assets hosted off-site

The Website does not provide wallet-connection functionality and does not require users to connect a crypto wallet.

Indulgence Certificates are minted on-chain by an authorized minter (an address with MINTER_ROLE) via:

confessFor(address to, uint8 tier, bytes32 sinHash)

For this product, the NFT is minted to a project-controlled address specified as the to parameter in the mint transaction.
The NFT is permanently non-transferable (Soulbound); transfers and approvals are disabled by the smart contract.

8. Security & Technical Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• the security of their devices and email accounts
• ensuring accurate information during purchase
• compliance with local laws

We do not store user private keys and do not act as custodians of user wallets.
All minting operations are executed by our own internal on-chain minting wallet.

This service is intended for individuals 18+.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

• outages, delays or failures of blockchain networks
• unavailability of third-party systems
• user mistakes during purchase
• interpretation or meaning attributed by users to the NFTs
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
